Our flagship gin Clair De Lune is a handmade, small batch gin which is soda friendly, with an air of organic juniper, locally grown wild bergamot, nigella, lemon balm, tangerine, and angelica, hovering over a spirit of exceptional smoothness.
In the 1830’s, Gin Palaces provided an escape from home, awash with gin, gossip and indulgence.
Inspired by history, two gentlemen from Sydney have crafted a gin that transcends time, indulges the drinker and arouses the senses.
